First Stage: Preparing The Meat

You have to brown up the meat first. This is the first step of preparing Chili. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Wait until the oil is shimmering. Take a Zip-top bag. At the flour. Toss the meat. Quote the beef carefully.

Final Stage: Preparing The Chili

Once you are done with the first two steps, you may add tomato sauce and beef stock. Add the remaining spices as well. You need to stir the brown beef chunks. Besides, stir the vegetables.
