This is probably the tastiest recipe with avocado, said chef Thomas. This is the quickest recipe too. Chef Thomas said, Cut one ripe avocado in small slices. Add 4 cups of cubed watermelon. Chop a half-cup of fresh mint. Toss the mint on the avocado and watermelon mix. Sprinkle it with sea salt and ground black pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil with some lime juice on it. Crumble little bit of feta cheese on the top.

Smoothies

Thomas gave us the recipe for smoothies. According to him — you can add vegetables for green smoothies or fruits for sweet smoothies. You can even make lighter drinks or heavy mousses. Just blend kiwi + avocado + honey + ice + lime and make a refreshing breakfast drink. You can mix avocado + almond milk +oats + soy protein powder + berries + some spinach in order to make a healthy breakfast. It is delicious and nutritious too.

Raw Chilled Avocado Soup

Avocado is a great thing to have on summer days, said chef Thomas. Do not forget to prepare it too early. Avocados tend to get brown over time, he added. He shared the amazing recipe too, Mash 3 avocados, add 2 cups of low-fat buttermilk, ⅓ cup of fresh dill, ⅓ cup of walnuts, ⅓ cup of red diced onion, some salt, vinegar, and 1 cup of water. Blend it unless it becomes smooth. Cover the mixture grinder or the blender. Refrigerate the mixture unless the soup becomes chilled. Refrigerate it for at least one hour. Garnish the soup with avocado cubes and dill.

Scrambled Eggs with Avocados

He shared a scrambled egg + avocado recipe too. “Fry ¼ cup of diced onions + ¼ cup of canned black beans + 1 cup sliced white mushrooms in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add two large eggs into it. Avocado and Tuna fish go hand in hand, said chef Thomas smilingly. Mash avocado and a can of Tuna in brine. Season it with some salt and black pepper. Add some chopped red onion. You can add some sweet corn if you want. Serve it as a dip with your breadsticks, or eat it straight from the avocado wrapped in lettuce leaves. You can have it for lunch or dinner too, said chef Thomas, sharing the amazing recipe.

Crispy Baked Avocado Fries

Avocado fries are just like french fries. But these are healthier, said chef Thomas, It is a very healthy snack for both young and adults, he later added. Take an avocado, some salt, pepper, and panko breadcrumbs. Peel the avocado. Cut it into wedges. Beat two eggs in a bowl. Pour the panko breadcrumbs in a different bowl. Put some salt, pepper, and a bit of chili powder according to taste. Dip the wedges in the egg mixture. Then mix the avocado wedges in the breadcrumb mixture. Place them on the baking sheet or an oven rack. Bake it for 20 minutes. Take it out when the color becomes golden brown, chef Thomas shared this amazing recipe.
